Gellibant is a rural remote peaceful retreat, with breathtaking views set in its own gardens within our working mountain farm. It has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard with all mod cons, whilst remaining in keeping with its traditional features and natural charm. Gellibant has unrivalled views of beautiful Cwm Nantcol, and the dramatic Rhinog Mountains. This charming property accommodates 2-4 guests. We also have a sofa bed (small double) in the snug for 2 additional guests.

Enjoy the lovely private garden, watch the birds or stargaze at night whilst sharing a bottle of wine in the 'Piggery'. Perfectly placed for all that North Wales has to offer. Great for couples, adventurers, families and dogs. Car essential.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Nestled in the heart of Bala Town, our retreat is a haven of indulgence. Luxuriate in our 8-person touch screen hot tub and unwind in the 4-person sauna. For entertainment, a ping pong and pool table await, along with arcade classics. Our spacious house accommodates 11 guests, and a travel cot is provided. Just a 10-minute stroll to Bala Lake, and all amenities are within a 2-minute walk. This central location ensures both relaxation and convenience.
