COMFORTABLE AND QUIET CENTRAL PENTHOUSE Arrive and feel good. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the popular district Gerresheim, near the Grafenberg forest and has excellent access to public transport 2 minutes walk away, taking you to a few minutes to Düsseldorf city center (Altstadt, Old Town, Harbour, Parliament). The newly built apartment of about 50 square meters consists of a living / dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The living room has two comfortable leather sofas. A satellite TV, music system and wifi is available and ready to be kept free. The comfortable dining area and a small kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and dishes are available for self-catering (no stove). Coffee, cocoa and tea are available free of charge. The modern bathrooms are adequate before fresh towels and a hair dryer. Prices are per night and include bed linen, towels, wifi, and costs for electricity, water and heating. Note: Unfortunately, I had to increase my prices by €3.00 per night. As of January 1, 2024, the accommodation tax in Düsseldorf was introduced. Other services such as taxi service, refrigerator- service on request. Flexible arrival and departure times as desired or consultation Pets are not allowed. It is a Non smoking apartment. Free parking is available on the street. By car, taxi or bus you can reach in a few minutes to Düsseldorf city center (3,5 km) but also the direct connection to the surrounding motorways make a quick connection to both the Airport (10 km), exhibition center (9 km) and in surrounding towns and cities a breeze. The large recreation area located in the immediate vicinity of the Grafenberg forest with its wildlife park, the racecourse and the golf club and the Lake Unterbach with various sports and leisure facilities are attractive destinations. Anyone wishing to experience a journey through time to the Neanderthals can connect the city stay with this famous cultural attractions in nearby Mettmann.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Die Unterkunft bietet einen eigenen ebenerdigen Eingangsbereich, ein Wohn-Schlaf-Zimmer, Badezimmer und eine kleine separate Küche. Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Strasse, direkt am Landschaftsschutzgebiet und trotzdem mit direkter Autobahnanbindung über die A3 und A46. Mit dem Auto bist Du in 20 Minuten auf der Kö(nigsallee), zur Messe Düsseldorf oder zum Flughafen beträgt die Fahrstrecke ca. 25 Minuten. Für Erholungsuchende bieten sich zahlreiche Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Diele mit Gaderobe als Eingang, ein Bad mit Dusche und ein Zimmer mit einer Küchenzeile, Esstisch, Schreibplatz, Schrank und zwei Betten die einzeln oder als Doppelbett genutzt werden können. Die Wohnung ist mitten im Grünen, direkt neben dem Bach "Düssel", keine Nachbarn, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vor der Tür. Eigener Eingang mit nur drei Stufen. Check in erfolgt über eine Schlüsselbox mit eine Zahlencode, den sende ich kurz vor der Anreise.

Einige Dinge haben wir für Deinen Besuch schon vorbereitet, für den ersten Tag findest Du Kaffee,Tee,Wasser,Gewürze,Pasta,Tomatensoße usw. in dem Küchenschrank. Wenn Du Sonnenwetter hast, kannst Du auch gerne auf der Terrasse ein Barbecue machen. Ein kleiner Holzkohle Grill und Kohle stehen für Dich bereit.

Bettwäsche wird gestellt. Fussweg zur S-Bahnhaltestelle Hochdahl beträgt ca. 12 Min. Von dort 12 Min. mit der S8 zum HBF Düsseldorf. An- und Abreisezeit wird individuell geklärt. Wir freuen uns auf nette und freundliche Gäste. Für Partys ist das Appartement nicht geeignet.

Schönes Apartment - zentral und ruhig gelegen

Sie Übernachten im Ortsteil Vohwinkel. Das schöne Jugenstilhaus befindet sich sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen in einer 30er-Zone. Zur Endhaltestelle der Schwebebahn, dem Bahnhof mit S- und Regionalbahnanschluß sind es nur fünf bzw. zwölf bequeme Gehminuten. Geschäfte, Lebensmittelmärkte und Supermärkte (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe usw.) Aphotheken, Eisdielen und Gastromie befinden sich ebenfalls im Umkreis von ca. drei bis zehn Gehminuten.

Our mobile tiny house, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer top accommodation services while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.
