The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

Pets are allowed. There is a $50.00 one time cleaning fee. Crate is required. We clean and sanitize the cottage after every guest. Sanitizing the entire cottage, bathroom and kitchen areas, every surface you touch (lamps, handles, light switch and door knobs). (see photos).

The Loft at Huckabay

New One bedroom/One bathroom loft style guest house in Huckabay Texas 10 minutes from Stephenville. 15 minutes from I20. This Loft does have stairs. WiFi is provided. You will have to have your own streaming accounts to access your favorite TV shows.
