"The Clubhouse" Pvt Apt w/Mstr BR & 2bed Kids Loft

I spent 2 years custom building this apartment to be used exclusively as an Abnb rental. It was handcrafted using tongue & groove pine milled here in AL. All of the oak/pine used for the trim, cabinet doors, and custom furniture were milled in VA using my stepfather's personal sawmill with lumber harvested both from my property here in AL, and my families property in VA. Even the door/drawer pulls and switch/outlet covers were hand forged in PA by an Amish guy at his home forge in his basement.

My place is close to shopping and dining. You’ll love The Sanctuary because of the location, unique design, in house laundry, large bedroom and very comfortable Nectar memory foam mattress. I fully equip the apt with linen, towels, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher pods, K cups, S&P etc... The gas grill is ready to go. Don't feel like cooking/driving- Jimmy John's, Mellow Mushroom, Hungry Howie's, Dominoes, Marcos Pizza all deliver.

This is what AirBNB's were meant to be back in the beginning, someone's extra space. This is a small studio apt built above a woodshop, out in a pole barn. Also on the property are my 4 top rated AirBNB's that I put a lot of time and meticulous care into... that is not this apartment🙂 Perfect for college students, interns, and temporary workers. Although up to 2 guests are permitted, you should consider the tight quarters prior to making the reservation.
