PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES! An individual part of the house in the classic Jurmala style. Separate entrance. Renovation made in 2024. Walk to the station "Vaivari" 2 minutes, to the sea 10 minutes. The former summer residence of the People's Artist of Latvia Vera Baljuna, where famous theater and film celebrities met. There is also a sauna with a Russian steam room (paid), barbecue grill and bikes. Early check-in and late check-out are available (paid), as well as a luggage storage service (free).

We are located in a nature park just 15 min drive from Riga. The houses are built from real logs, and the wide glazed windows and terraces bring the natural landscape into the rooms. This apartment has 1 room 25m2 with bed and kitchen. We also have a bathroom with shower and terraces. On the premises we have a pond for swimming. For additional charge we can offer breakfast/ dinner, hot tube or country sauna. Nearby we have a water sports club for boat rent or other water sports activities.

The house is in de middle of the nature with forests around. It is the only holidayhouse on the premises . So you have a maximum of privacy. Have a relaxed time in the nature then this is the right place. Airport (RIX) about 60 km also the capital op Latvia RIGA is about 70 km.

It is a summer house comfortable for couples or families up to 4 people. There is everything you might need to enjoy summer holidays. Kitchen, bathroom and sauna is located on the first floor. This is tiny BUTE apartment, located by the Baltic sea. The inspiration for this apartment comes from my grandfather who used to be a fisherman nearby this place and one of my favourite fish in his catch was BUTE (flounder). This ir perfect place for 1-2 persons, where you can relax and renew from the nature and the Albatross spa centre. In the territory is the best restaurant for delicious meals. Enjoy your stay!
