Our spacious studio apartment is just a two minute walk to the beach and a short stroll along the sea front to the popular harbour village of St Aubin. The split-level studio is on the first floor in a separate part of our family home. The bedroom is located on the upper level with sea views towards St Aubin’s Bay. The open-plan kitchen and living area is on the lower level with views across a quiet residential lane towards fields where you’ll often see Jersey cows grazing.

Studio sur le quai de Caligny au 1 er étage avec balcon, très lumineux .Les restaurants se trouvent jute en bas de l’immeuble. Belle vue sur le port. Naval groupe à 10 minutes en voiture. Pour la sécurité de tous, nous avons installé une caméra de surveillance dans le hall d’entrée qui permet de surveiller les allées et venues. Vous aurez des locataires au dessus de votre studio puisque celui ci se trouve au 1 er etage. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et l’escalier est étroit.

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area.
