This has been exclusively my home for the past 7 years. It still is my home but I recently remolded a private wing for guests and after being in hibernation for a few years, it is back on the market for visitors with a private entrance & completely private quarters. This unit is by far the nicest in the building, one of the nicest in all of Denver. My place has a recently updated bathroom and refinished wood floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils to meet all your cooking needs. The cabinets and countertops are old but clean and functional. You'll appreciate that my place is within walking distance of many dispensaries, Sloan's Lake, restaurants, Joy Ride Brewery, bars, and dining options. There is plenty of free parking. No smoking cigarettes inside. Pot is legal in Colorado, so you may smell a faint odor of pot.
