Secluded Stone Cabin w/ Wood-Fired Hot Tub

Peaceful retreat to unplug and unwind. This off‑the‑grid experience has no electricity or flushing toilets, we do provide the essentials: running hot water, an outhouse, and propane lighting. Stay includes access to a handcrafted, wood‑fired hot. (Tub is still under construction. Landscaping and some final details are not finished.) Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet guests at arrival to show you how to use the propane lights.

Whether you are in Eminence for a float trip down the river, to hike in one of the many state parks close by, to catch some trout in the river or just to relax and enjoy the Ozarks, Rivertown Retreat is here for you!

Secluded Ranch House Cabin in Eminence - Ozarks

The Ranch House cabin (2020)at Old Desperado Ranch has a rustic western cowboy theme. The stone fireplace (electric) was hand made with local rocks from the creeks and rivers. The two bedroom cabin is very spacious and is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Just bring your food! The cabin is dog friendly, see pet policy. This former dairy barn sits on a farm that has been in our family for 150 years. It was our dream to turn it into a cozy, comfortable home that could be enjoyed by anyone needing a quiet country getaway. We are located close to Big Piney River, with river access from almost any direction, Piney River Brewing Company, Big Piney Sportsman's Club, Mark Twain National Forest and about 45 minutes to hour to several accesses on the Current and Jacks Fork Rivers.

While looking out over the Jacks Fork river from the cabin you can hear the soothing sound of the river flowing. The river access for swimming, crackling wood burning stove, and hot tub are just some of the many things about this cabin that you are sure to love!

Deadwood Acres Hideaway

This log cabin sets on 15 acres for you to enjoy the serenity and peacefulness while you vacation and relax. Ron is usually around to help cell 314-581-3243. The deck is a great place to just sit and relax and let the world pass by. A spring fed Creek Runs along the edge of the property and is great for just sitting and relaxing. There is a BBQ pit and fire pit on site. Pets are welcome.
