Cabin is partially OFF GRID in winter months (Nov -May) No running water/shower/indoor bathroom at this time. Water is provided with water dispenser/maintained outhouse. Wifi & electricity all yr round. Sauna & jacuzzi tub available yr round. Pet friendly /$80 pet fee Cabin heated by wood stove in the winter months and supplemented with a mini split heater. Firewood/kindling provided. Fall/winter 2025 there are residential homes being built on the street that may cause extra noise outside

This stylish place is close to must-see destinations. If you like the outdoors head five miles east to Allan Park. You’ll find hiking trails, snowshoeing, tobogganing and cross country skiing. Four miles south takes you to Saugeen Conservation Centre where you’ll see Swans a swimming and the nature trails will take you to the Sulphur Spring. Hanover’s P&H Centre hosts an indoor pool and ice rink. A short drive gets you to the beaches on Lake Huron. Enjoy horse races in summer and Casino.

Experience a unique winter camping retreat for two in our wood-stove-heated tiny home. Complete with an outdoor shower, outhouse, covered hot tub, and a propane BBQ for cooking. The campfire pit and picnic table sitting area are open all year. This holiday rental setup is designed for couples and located on our working hobby farm right off a main highway. * Please note, the outdoor shower and bar closes seasonally due to freezing temperatures with no alternative available. Good for couples, solo adventurers, hunters, someone looking to be outside of town. The bunkie is located approx. 30 feet behind our home. For allergenic reasons and safety of animals, we do not allow pets. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues (small hill & stairs). The bunkie has heat and A/C!
