Elmdale Treehouse is nestled in the trees of historic Chase County. It provides the perfect quiet retreat for couples looking to get away from it all. This prairie hideaway is spacious enough for small families and just minutes away from The National Tallgrass Prairie Preserve, as well as the oldest working Kansas courthouse. Enjoy fishing at the Chase State Lake just a few miles up the road or wade through the cool waters of the Chase Lake Falls and wildlife area. Located in a very old town.

You are renting a century-old homestead house. The bathroom on the main floor, 5 beds upstairs. Extra charge for more than 2. If you are physically impaired, stairs may be challenging for you. On the water and nestled in the trees, its a great location for a private get away. The main level features two queen bedrooms, a TV room, bath, kitchen and lakeview room overlooking the large, gently sloping yard and lake. Additional sleeping with futons in the TV room and lakeview room. Enjoy brick-paved patio with colorful adirondaks around fire pit, a hammock, horseshoes, ping pong, charcoal grill and picnic table. You have the use of fishing poles, 2 kayaks and a canoe with life vests

Middle Creek Historic Ranch

Step back in time in an 120 year old farm house. Enjoy the view of Flint Hills from the many windows, while the indoors provide you with modern conveniences. Take a walk to the creek, or just roam the Kansas prairies. In the evenings, spend time around the outdoor fire pit, listening to nature and making s'mores. It's a short drive to Strong City and Cottonwood Falls,where you can take in some local history, purchase a few antiques to take home, enjoy a meal at one of incredible eateries.

The Grove Getaway was est. in 2020. Come enjoy year-round lake life with waterfront firepit, tree swing, hammock, and dock plus 3 rooms, 2 baths, and 2 comfy spaces. We are looking forward to your visit at the Grace Hill Grain Bin. This distinctive spot is perfect for a weekend getaway or for an entire week stay. The unique, custom-built house was constructed in 1988 from a 45' grain bin by my father. The house has a large pond, perfect for sunset views. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy smores at the fire pit, and watching the sunset from the porch swing.
