Perfect for romantic getaways, catching up with friends and relatives or just relaxing in this private but central retreat. All modern facilities; wet room, underfloor heating, etc. Nestled in a historic market town, (Gateway to The Southern Broads) full of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, outdoor lido and boating. Great public transport links and only 20 minutes drive to the Suffolk coast/Norwich City.

The Garden Coop, 15 minutes from the Suffolk coast

The Garden Coop is a chic, cosy, eco-home on the beautiful Sotterly Estate, just 15 minutes from Southwold on the Suffolk Heritage Coast. The Coop is ideally situated for country walks, cycling straight from the door and horse riding trails all over the estate. The Coop is very cosy with under floor heating and a wood burning stove. There is a gorgeous, dog friendly, courtyard garden with stunning views over a covered deck. This stylish, peaceful retreat, is ideal for two guests and one dog.

Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

The Suffolk Byre - Courtyard Apartment

Elegantly decorated apartment in the courtyard area of our property. Double bedroom with separate ensuite and panelled throughout. Panelled kitchen and dining area with oven, microwave, hob, fridge, toaster and kettle. This apartment is perfect for long weekends and midweek breaks. The apartment is within our courtyard area with privacy and is quiet. Guests have an area outside to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. Guests have their own outdoor seating area and allocated parking space.

This recently renovated modern loft apartment is part of an historic building in the heart of the attractive market town of Beccles, a short walk from a multitude of activities. Formerly a 19th-century gentry residence, it offers olde world charm mixed with modern amenities with Twyfords Cafe serving great homemade food conveniently on the ground floor. Pubs, restaurants, shops, boating on the river and outdoor lido on the doorstep. Excellent coastal walks a 20-minute drive.

Dog friendly space in Beccles (dogs not to be left on their own). Double bed & sofa bed for lone travellers, couples & young families (not suitable for groups). Built summer 2023. On drive parking, WiFi & courtyard - stylish and comfortable getaway 😊 Walk to town centre in 10mins, local pub in 3mins, outside swimming pool & River Waveney in 15mins & just 5mins to children's park, dog exercise area and Countryside. Nearest beach 15min drive. Great location for exploring!

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

'The Pad' at Longacres - Shadingfield

Welcome to 'The Pad' at Longacres situated on the A145 in the village of Shadingfield just 5 miles from the historic town of Beccles on the gateway to the Norfolk Broads. The Pad is a fully self-contained, ground floor annexe attached to our home and ideally located for a day out at the beach, enjoyable walks in amongst our beautiful countryside and broads and is close by to many fantastic attractions.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 5 miles from 2 beaches. 1 mile from the Broads. Many local attractions for adults and children. Paddling pool available on request. Push bike secure storage overnight. Sleeps 2-4. (large sofa bed and King size bedroom) Situated on the Suffolk / Norfolk boarders. Fresh eggs available from our hens and honey from our bees.
