Canal access to Halls River & Homosassa River for flats boats or pontoon boats only. Must be able to lower bimini to go under Halls River Bridge. Property includes three kayaks and one canoe.

Pool home centrally located

Located within minutes to world class fishing, golfing, the famous Ellie Schiller's wildlife state park, hiking trails, biking trails, the Peace caves, manatee tours and our local monkey celebrities! Come back to your space and cool off in our large pool while grilling and chilling with the family. The pool is equipped with a safety gate and floatation buoy for the safety of your small children. In walking distance is Sassa Style Rentals where you can rent golf carts, kayaks, boats and more.

Enjoy your morning coffee in our quiet and cozy suite. It is only a 5-minute drive to join a manatee tour, launch your boat, work on your scuba certifications or enjoy a meal at one of the local restaurants. Or, simply relax and recharge surrounded by the thrifted finds, artwork, plants and odds and ends that showcase the owner's whimsical artistic eye. In 30 minutes you can explore and enjoy Rainbow Falls or Weekee Wachee State Parks or the popular Withlacoochee Rail Trail in Inverness.

This property is on a freshwater canal that connects directly to the Homosassa river. You can kayak/boat, even swim to the springs in < 5 minutes. 2 kayaks plus a paddle board are on site. Fort Island Gulf Beach is a 10-15 min drive. Home was built in 2019 so everything is relatively new (AC, roof, kitchen, appliances). There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, and a loft upstairs that is intended to sleep lots of children. Ideal set up is 3 couples downstairs 5 kids upstairs. Plenty of parking!

The Banyon House 2br 2Ba on Canal + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
