Gezellige flatje met terras in het groen. De gehele ruimte met privé badkamer is voor de gasten, is volledig gescheiden van de rest van het huis en de flat heeft een eigen ingang. De flat is ook geschikt om in een rustige omgeving van 'thuisuit' te kunnen werken. De stijle buitentrap naar de flat en de trap in de woning zijn niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen. Ons huis staat aan het kruispunt van fiets- en wandelwegen. Er rijdt een bus van ons dorp Oelegem naar Antwerpen. De afstand naar Antwerpen is ongeveer 15km met de auto, de fiets of te voet! Bakker, supermarkt, beenhouwer, restaurants en kroeg in de buurt. Welkom in Oelegem!

Ons huis is verdeeld in een ruime loungekamer (met een 2-persoonsbed en in de bedstede een stapelbed voor 2 personen), eetkeuken met woonkamer, slaapkamer op de 1e etage. Besloten tuin , prive parking en speelruimte . 4 fietsen staan gereed en een Kano (3 pers). In het atelier aan de achterzijde van het huis op afspraak schilderles. Supermarkt op 2km. Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car.
