Victoria's Guest Suite

This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

Arrive through your own private entrance greeted by warm sun and relaxing cozy living space to call your own. Located one block off Public (Lafayette’s Main St.) this area has much to offer just steps away. Lafayette is known for its art culture with many studios, restaurants, breweries and antique shops within walking distance.

The Gallery

I welcome people of all backgrounds into my 2 bedroom 2 bath home in South Boulder. The guest space is the entire first floor. I use the guest floor as a gallery for my art work, and I hope you will come and enjoy it. There are a lot of comfortable spaces to hang out, with an eclectic array of furniture.
