Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. We have a cosy three bedroom cottage ideal for a family getaway , one double room en-suite downstairs small area for making drinks , a large lounge , TV , Sat box , DVD player with DVDs , WiFi , a downstairs toilet wash hand basin , a good sized kitchen fully equipped , washing machine microwave fridge freezer , fan assisted oven , , upstairs a full bathroom with bath and shower , a double bedroom with TV , DVD , a smaller room with a 4 ft bed big enough for 2 but cosy , private entrance .

Your own part of the house, private entrance, including bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Parking on site. Your living room contains a sofa, TV, DVD/CD players. Your kitchen has a microwave, kettle and toaster (no oven or hob). There's a table in your kitchen to use for eating or as a workstation. Village pub serves food just 5 minutes walk. Chinese takeaway 5 mins walk. Handy for tourist resorts of Weston-super-Mare, Cheddar Gorge. Nearest sandy beach is 10 minutes in a car.

The Grange

Our self contained apartment is on the first floor of our 500 year old farm house. Although the farm is in the country side we are within 2 miles of junction 21 on the M5. Weston-Super-Mare is 5 miles away, Bristol 15 miles and Bath 20 miles. The Mendips is near by offering stunning walks, as well as Cheddar gorge and Wells with a variety of walks and tourist attractions. The apartment is surrounded by green areas please ask for directions if you would like the use of a green space.

Charming hut in an area of AONB, with stunning views, dining area and fire pit. Secure parking, and bike lock up facilities. Please note there is a toilet and sink in the hut, but guests will have use of a shower in the main family house. Owner is a professional pianist, lessons or private performance can be arranged for special evening Perfect for walkers- below national trust “Crook Peak” Close to historic town of Axbridge and Cheddar. Two village pubs less than a mile away.

Our annexe has been refurbished to provide a high-end environment, ideal for 2 adults to relax in. It is set in an area called the Allertons, a cluster of beautiful character villages. It is always a pleasure to stroll around. The pace is relaxed, the locals are very friendly and will direct you to the local pubs and shops if requested. The Mendip hills , Wells and Glastonbury are very near, and all offer so much for sight seekers.
