Freshly renovated two bedroom private beachside unit. Clear view of the famous Currumbin Alley surf break, just a 50m walk - easy to check the surf first thing in the morning! Located directly across the road from the beautiful Currumbin Creek, easy flat walking and bike riding tracks. Walk to coffee shops, cafes, clubs and restaurants. Perfect location for families close to creek and beach. New kitchen, floors, curtains, and furniture. On street parking in front of vacant block next door.

Private space in a family home, with secure garage parking. Large bedroom with storage and your own spacious bathroom (bath, shower, vanity). The living area is compact - a daybed, small dining table and kitchenette, but no dedicated kitchen or laundry. Simple breakfast provided on arrival. Set on a quiet no-through-road with valley views, 10-15 min drive to Coolangatta. A favourite with wedding guests, and a comfortable base for exploring the region (2-week max stay).

Our home is close to Mt Warning, only 3km from Husk Distillery and Tumbulgum, 15 min from the Gold Coast airport, 30 min to Byron Bay, 10 min from Snapper Rocks famous surf beach and the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, 25 min from Surfers Paradise, Sea World, Dreamword and Movie World. Coffee shop and pub only 5 min drive. We are in the country side over looking Mt Warning. You will enjoy the sounds of the birds and a see a few wallibies if you like to be up early.

Free on-street parking. 2 small friendly dogs onsite.
