It's 2.6 miles from the beach; close to LAX, SpaceX, Northrop and Boeing. Larger backyard. Free washer and dryer. Free internet. There are 3 small dogs in the property

Despite being a studio, we've carefully designed the layout to maximize space and comfort. The full bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. No need to worry about laundry during your trip – a washer and dryer are available in the apartment, allowing you to pack light and keep your wardrobe fresh.

Organic Garden Oasis

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

The studio has a standard queen size bed (60x80in), bathroom, closet space, small dining table & a desk/office space. There is not a full kitchen, but the room has a mini fridge, microwave & Nespresso machine. -Good for business travelers & solo adventurers -Free parking available on the premises
