C'est un très beau studio en rez-de-jardin, alliant charme et modernité. Son accès est indépendant et se fait par le jardin: un havre de calme et de verdure .. .à quelques mètres seulement des commerces et restaurants, dans le quartier résidentiel d'El Menzah.
