The studio is on the ground floor of our two-story house. We live on the 2nd floor, and the studio is it's own completely private space. 5 miles to San Diego State University; 16-20 miles to San Diego beaches; 10 miles to Downtown San Diego; 15 miles to Sea World San Diego; and 13 miles to the World Famous San Diego Zoo!

Smoking is permitted in the outside areas - patio, gazebo, yard. Easy freeway access helps any commute to downtown and area attractions. Having your own vehicle is the best way to get around..
