Lakeview Escape has been completely renovated. Loaded with all of your wants and needs for a growing family or a friends retreat. Our peaceful place offers 4 king size bedrooms, a bunk room, a loft with sofa bed, and 2 gorgeous living areas. Washers and dryers are located on both levels next to the bedrooms. When you’re not taking in the beautiful view of Greers Ferry lake or making s'mores by the fire pit, enjoy watching a movie on one of the smart tvs located in every bedroom and living area.

Welcome to Greers Ferry Lake! This Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home is the perfect place for a family to relax and enjoy quiet breathtaking views. The home perched high above the lake features floor to ceiling windows on the entire lake facing side where you will have views from every room. The open concept floor plan allows for tons of natural light. The rooftop terrace with a fire feature is an amazing place to sit and enjoy the best views on the property. This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home + loft is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests includes 2 kayaks with paddles and more. This lake house has 2 king lakeview rooms with new hybrid mattresses. The twin room has a new memory foam mattress that pulls out to make a King. The loft has a Queen mattress. Electric fireplace & updated kitchen.

It is all about the view. This chalet style house with floor to ceiling windows, has more than 180 degrees view of the lake, and sits 600 feet above the water. Don't be alarmed if a plane flies below you while you're sitting on the deck! In our opinion, both the house and the lot make the view one of the very best on Greers Ferry Lake! Photos cannot do this place justice. It has to be seen!
