Tucked away at the end of a private lane in the hamlet of Small Dole with uninterrupted views across the South Downs National Park, it's a perfect base for exploring the area. We're 30 minutes from Gatwick (parking and transport can be arranged) and Brighton, historic Arundel and glorious Goodwood are all within easy driving distance.

The location is south facing and you have access to the public footpath for outstanding walks, bike rides and views. Shoreham by sea train station is only 4.5 miles and Brighton is only a half hours drive. Nearest pub and local shop is only a short walk away.

The South Downs Loft We’re situated in the South Downs National Park on the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is bright & comfortable. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, a couple of comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.
