Esta es una original vivienda de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en suite. Una casa única por diseño de interiores y decoración; el edificio es monumental del siglo XVI y recién rehabilitado, y disfruta de un Jacuzzi interior en su apartamento y otro exterior que se alquila por días de manera opcional; cuenta con calentador de agua en el ático que permite darse un baño mirando al skyline de Córdoba. Vivienda monumental, céntrica, muy original y silenciosa, ideal para descansar tras un día de turismo por la bella Córdoba. Cuenta con 2 amplios dormitorios, el principal con bañera hidromasaje y ambos con camas king size especiales y con 2 baños privados en suite cada uno de ellos. El alojamiento tiene salón comedor con chimenea eléctrica, cocina americana con utensilios de máxima calidad, lavadora secadora privada, horno-microondas, cafetera Nespresso, calentador aerochino de leche marca Nespresso, etc. Patio andaluz central, terraza de unos 20 metros cuadrados con vistas al skyline de Córdoba y Jacuzzi de exterior con depuradora y bomba de calor; se alquila por días para uso exclusivo sólo para su apartamento y para las personas que se alojen con usted, es decir, no lo compartirán con el resto de huéspedes. El precio por día es de 60.00 € que serán abonados mediante tarjeta de crédito a su llegada al alojamiento al personal de nuestro equipo. Este apartamento cuenta con servicio de limpieza durante la estancia de los huéspedes incluido en el precio. No se permite fumar en ninguna de las instalaciones del apartamento, así como si nos informan de algún evento no autorizado procederemos a cobrar la fianza correspondiente y alertaremos a las autoridades de ello.

Small independent rural house in Andalusian style on an olive farm, 100 meters from the owners' house. The house is organized into a large studio with separate bathroom and equipped kitchen, with a large private terrace with deckchairs and barbecue. The use of the swimming pool is reserved for the guests of this house. We also have dogs who live on the property and they love our guets : so it's important to love dogs too! They sleep inside the owner´s house.
