Relax with a swim in clear waters of McCarrel lake, the waterfront is shared with host family , only 30 minutes from SSMarie , garage loft is separate beside our house with two flights up . Enjoy the kayak, canoe or paddle-boards. Lifejackets provided ,use-at your own risk . Please book ahead for bonfire , $12.00 bag . Hike up to the bluffs ! Fishing is great , lake triut! Mountainview Lodge Caboose/Tiny Home

Nestled into the Algoma Mountains is our charming lodge. Our historic Algoma train Caboose is quite the experience as it's surrounded by mature spruce, birch and maple trees. Because of our unique location we are on a major flight path for northern migrating birds. We are along the sacred Goulais River, which is home to many different fish species all making their way to Lake Superior. This is some of the best fishing in the world. We also offer kayak and canoes to rent to explore the river.

"The Seven Bridges Chapel" is a former church that has been renovated and updated to include every comfort, while still maintaining historic "church" elements such as stained-glass windows and original maple floors. No detail was overlooked during the renovation of this historic building. With two full bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, laundry room, one bedroom with sitting area, loft and 2000 square feet of living space, we think the Chapel is an amazing option! A cozy little gem located on the main street of historical downtown Sault Ste. Marie. Within walking distance of the Soo Locks, restaurants, unique shops and bars. A 10 minute drive and you can enjoy the beach at Sherman Park, located on the upper St. Mary’s River. Feeling adventurous, 2 hours to the west is the beautiful Pictured Rocks. Even closer, you can hike the trails at Tahquamenon Falls or scavenge the beach of Whitefish Point, where you might find an agate or a yooperlite stone.

Drummond Island - Whits End Boathouse

Welcome to Whit’s End on beautiful Drummond Island! We are excited to share our boathouse with you here in the historic Whitney Bay area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck listening to Loons and watching nearby freighters navigate Lake Huron. The sunsets over Whitney Bay are truly spectacular. The living space is located on the second floor of our renovated boathouse. We run a small pottery shop on the main level, so you may notice occasional activity during the day.
