Original 1940's beach cottage lovingly restored and updated for another eighty years of use for our family and our guests. Set on the first Valla beach street surrounded by homes used for generations by families from Armidale for their year round beach holidays. It's just a gentle downhill stroll to the 5 km long dog friendly beach backed by untouched forest reserve and an equally easy amble up to the cafe with its beautiful coffees and food. Bring your doggie and kids, park the car and relax

King's Cottage Uralla

Relax in a slice of Uralla's history. King's Cottage, circa 1886 has been lovingly restored and renovated, offering guests the charm of yesteryear, coupled with modern day conveniences. Each bedroom features a period gas flame fireplace, as well as the bathroom where you can lay back in the bath gazing in to the fire as you relax. The cottage also features gas central heating throughout and an expansive sunroom/dining and lounge area has its own dedicated wood burner, for those cosy evenings.

Wilderness Cottage Macleay Valley - Dog Friendly

Valley Views Cottage is a fairly remote location 45 minutes from town nestled in a secret valley. Here you can experience the best of the Australian Outdoors with all the comforts of home. The cottage is creatively decorated with modern necessities and privacy guaranteed including a large fully fenced garden with dogs welcome. Adventure on your doorstep, explore the pristine creek and nearby waterholes, with walks and short drives a plenty and a serene waterfall in the nearby nature reserve.

The Haven @Arakoon is a stylish holiday cottage nestled in a bush setting. Our floorplan was designed to ensure that the cottage is accessible. Our wish is to allow everyone to enjoy a comfortable holiday at The Haven. EV Charger - Level 2 located in carport. Ocular Charging Station is compatible with all EV’s and includes 6 metre charging cable. Daily use of EV charger is complimentary for our guests. Well appointed - a home away from home! Casuarina Cottage - walk to town - Mountain Views.

Casuarina Cottage is a cosy space & suitable for no more than 4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed & the smaller 2nd bedroom has a double bed. It has a large, spacious deck with a wonderful view of the Dorrigo Escarpment. It's situated in a quiet & peaceful area yet close to everything. A 5-minute walk takes you to a well-stocked corner shop & cafe. 10 mins further you're at the Bellinger River where you can picnic & swim. 5 mins on & you're in the centre of town.

The Shack - Very secluded 200 acre rural retreat

"The Shack" - a very private self-catered, self-contained, weatherboard cottage set on a rural retreat of 80 hectares (200 acres) featuring cleared paddocks, dams, bush tracks and bushland expanses with no other dwelling on the property. Neighbours - there are none within sight. The Shack is off grid with rainwater tanks, solar panels and 12v battery bank. Stove, hot water and fridge/freezer are powered by bottled gas. Absolute serenity and just 3km to the quaint township of Bellingen.

Dunroamin, A cosy comfortable 2 bedroom home.

Dunroamin is a peaceful 2 bedroom house 12 kms from the centre of Armidale with plenty of room for the kids to move. The space Neat & tidy 2 bedroom house that can sleep up to 6 people (on request). Only minutes away from the Armidale pine forest which has plenty of mountain bike & walking tracks. Or you can choose to sit and relax and watch the local wildlife at Dunroamin. Comfortable cottage close to town in a quiet area. Relax in the private courtyard with a coffee or glass of wine after a day of discovery or driving. Coffee tea and biscuits provided . Rainy days and children are covered with Netflix, Stan, Foxtel and unlimited WiFi . You will also find a variety of activity books , magazines and games . Bellingen Cottage is set on the rolling green hills of Hayberry Farm, 15 minutes from Bellingen town centre. The cottage is private with a separate driveway and lots of space for kids and pets. Spicketts Creek winds through the property where you can paddle, fish and relax. Included is the use of a sparkling in-ground pool right near the accommodation. Fully self-contained and beautifully designed space for couples or families. Pet friendly.

The Beach House is situated in an ideal position just a few steps to beautiful Sawtell beach! You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
