Locally we have a gas/convince/liquor store. Rancho San Diego is a 10 minute drive with Target, Grocery, Starbucks and many restaurants. We have hot water and WIFI.

Chula Vista Third Avenue breweries and restaurants are nearby as well as the outdoor North Island Amphitheater and Coronado beach. The San Diego International airport is about 25 minutes away.

Newly custom remodeled home that we almost moved in ourselves! We are close to some great breweries and restaurants on Third ave, and 10 minutes from San Diego proper. Enjoy being close to everything you want to be close to, but far enough to feel the quiet. Our home is in a family friendly area that we also live in, and suitable for 2 people all the way up to 8 if you want to cram in (there is only one bathroom). The yard is private and nice.
