Welcome to your Southside Experience! This modern, second story home is located in the lively Southside community in Downtown Chatt. Walk, bike or Uber to many close downtown activities, restaurants, bars, unique shops, or explore the mountains. Start your day drinking coffee while enjoying the Lookout Mountain view and end the day relaxing on our comfy sofa or in the hot tub, should you choose to add the “hot-tub experience” ($100 additional fee) to your stay. The De'Vine home is a Century old home with modern elements. This home is located 5 to 8 mins drive from Downtown Chattanooga, which consists of many restaurants and attractions. The home consists of an open floor plan with a large front porch for a relaxing stay. We have completely renovated the entire first floor in our home that was built in 1902. Conveniently located in the Historic Fort Wood district, one block to UTC campus and less than 2 miles to downtown Chattanooga. You will have access to the entire first floor of our home. There is a separate entrance for the long term tenants living upstairs. We provide free parking in the back of our home, for two vehicles. We do have ring doorbells on both the front and back doors for added safety.
