Located one mile off Rt 100, 18 minutes to Stowe, minutes from the best skiing, bike trails, kayaking, and hiking in the east. The apartment is a sunny, bright and private space, cheerfully decorated, with the comfiest beds and coziest linens. And great outdoor spaces to relax in at the end of the day! 10 min to Stowe, 18 to lifts, 30 to Sugarbush, 35 min Burlington. The pictures and our 5 star reviews say it all!

Modern not so tiny house

Our backyard tiny home is walking distance to historic downtown Montpelier. Located on a quiet street, its many windows highlight all the efficiencies of tiny house living, including a fully equipped kitchen, radiant floor heat and the option of woodstove coziness. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern concrete sink. Two small bedrooms share a featured rotating wall and sliding barn door. The design plan is clean lines, minimalist decor and efficient energy use.

Magical cabin with amazing views

100 year old , freshly renovated cabin that is in the middle of five 100 year old apple trees with incredible Mountain View’s. The cabin sits 100ft uphill from my 1842 brick farmhouse and is surrounded by apples trees, an ancient elm tree, fields and my berry patches. The huge deck has a dining table, lots of seating and and outdoor shower. Off the side of the deck are two claw foot bathtubs with hot and cold water for you to soak in. Note, tubs aren’t usable during the freezing months.
