Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. Open floor plan. Guest pool house is located behind the main house with your own private entrance through driveway. There is AC/heating with an adjustable thermostat, dimmer for the lights and a ceiling fan. You may stream movies/show apps included during your stay (Netflix Disney etc). Outside you also have access to a pool, seating area with a gas fire pit 4 people max may stay Electric queen air mattress is located in the ottoman in case a 2nd bed is needed along with extra sheets and blanket
