Its handy for Goodwood, and very close to the Tithe Barn in Ditcham. Not far from West Dean College. Perfect for bikers

The Piggery: with tennis court and games barn

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Kate’s cottage

Located in one of the most beautiful counties in the UK you are surrounded by wonderful countryside. You're free to roam amongst our menagerie of super friendly pet hens, ducks, pigs and our Highland calves. In addition we have our extensive collection of historic vehicles from the Iron Curtain Museum. Woodland walks are close by. Alton Town is just a mile away. Dogs are very welcome but need to be on the lead on the farm. Our two dogs, Mary and Joseph are kept in our private area.

Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Situated in the picturesque Meon Valley, within the South Downs National Park, Garden Cottage is just a minute’s walk to the chalk stream, River Meon and access to the Meon Trail (the dis-used Railway Line) - perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding. Centrally located for exploring the cities of Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton or Chichester.

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.
