You will have the spacious open plan guest accommodation to yourself with private access and private patio, which has outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ. The perfect place to escape busy lives and explore the beautiful countryside of Sussex, with great walks onto fields which is accessed from the property. 15 mins walk to The Griffin Pub in Fletching. 1m to Piltdown Golf C one of the top 50 valued Courses in the UK.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a quiet get away. With a gym, queen sized bed and ensuite. A quiet residential part of South London, with a local feel; with lots of enjoyable restaurants, bars and cafes. A 15 minute walk to Forest Hill station, and a 15 minute train journey to London Bridge. You will be hosted by Imogen and Nick. We are both full time secondary school teachers. The Old Stables, Dovecote Farm

The Old Stables is a self contained two bedroom, detached annexe with direct access to the Ashdown Forest. A perfect place to stay while discovering the Forest and all its' walks, including Pooh Sticks Bridge, Friends Clump and all the other locations in the Winnie the Pooh books. The Old Stables is self catering, with a small kitchenette with microwave, two pan hob, fridge and coffee machine. If required we are able to provide a welcome pack of essentials at an extra cost.

Stylish new development in a prime location on the fringe of the North Laine. The best shopping, bars and restaurants in Brighton are only moments from your doorstep. The seafront is minutes away. The apartment is brand new with high quality furniture and fittings. You will love the underfloor heating, beautiful herring-bone wood flooring and deep pile bedroom carpets. Guests also have access to a well equipped gym plus a gorgeous residents lounge and co-working space.

Delightful Three Double Bedroomed House, Parking

This lovely home, it has three large bedrooms and comfortably sleeps six, also one and a half bathrooms. There is a separate kitchen, dining, family room, with WIFI, sofa, chairs, sky football and a garden. Its quiet London location has easy access to the city. There is free parking for two cars. It's self-contained, well equipped, carefully cleaned and secure. It is suitable for long or short stay, so do get in contact with any questions.

Annex with sunny patio, nr Oxted

2 bedroom detached Annex with secure off-road parking in the Surrey Hills AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty), yet close to the M25. 10min walk to Godstone village and its gastropubs/cafes. 15min drive to Gatwick airport. A 10min bus ride to Oxted and its restaurants, and from there a 40min train to central London. The Annex enjoys its own sunny patio, and a shared lawn and meadow (with all its wildlife!). EV charging available.

The property is a delightful 2 bedroom Victorian cottage in a quiet street off Lewes Road, next to supermarkets, pubs, a bus stop or 20 min walk to the beach. It's beautifully decorated with a touch of rustic charm, perfect as a home away from home. The sunny southwest facing garden is accessed through French doors leading out from the dining area. Free street parking for one car. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO PARKING SPACE ON PROPERTY.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.

Lancing Beach Apartment

An apartment directly on the beach at Lancing, West Sussex, with a whole wall of glass facing the continually changing view of the sea and sky. Easy access to Brighton, Worthing & Shoreham - Trains/buses/roads. Located above the award-winning Perch on Lancing Beach restaurant - pop downstairs for an early morning breakfast or bring your coffee back to the balcony to enjoy the view.
