This recently renovated 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2-story house is located directly across the street from the famous Black Dog Tavern, right on the bustling year-round Vineyard Haven harbor. This property is no doubt one of the most unique residential properties on Martha’s Vineyard given its proximity to the harbor, ferry terminal, stores, restaurants, bike rentals, beaches & so much more. This quaint little cottage is located in the heart of East Chop, a neighborhood of Oak Bluffs. East Chop features the high, prominent bluffs that gave Oak Bluffs its name. A lighthouse, East Chop Light, stands at the north end of the chop on Telegraph Hill- only a five minute walk from the cottage. The cottage is a twelve minute walk to the harbor, and about a mile from the Oak Bluffs ferry! There is a public beach about 1/2 mile down the road. ***This space is not suitable for children

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Less than a mile from the heart of Oak Bluffs and Circuit Ave., where you'll find all the famous restaurants, harbor & night life. A half mile from Eastville Beach (fabulous sunsets). Take a morning stroll around "the chop"-East Chop & walk or run a 5K. Less than 2.5 miles from Farm Neck Golf Club- & 2.5 miles to State Beach. Just a few steps away is the lagoon where you can paddle board, kayak, dig clams, or just take in the amazing sunsets! Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Enjoy a beautiful space on a quiet road exactly 1 mile from Vineyard Haven town center. The home has 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds, 2 bathrooms and a large deck, yard, outdoor shower & Weber grill. Owen Little public beach is a 3 minute walk. Our home is also available to rent on a monthly basis. Please note that there is an apartment on the first floor with full time renters. The only shared space is the driveway.
