The Old Dairy, a rural Norfolk hideaway

For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. The spacious 18 x 14 foot carpeted living space has two huge comfy sofas and a table and chairs.

On the edge of a pretty village with great amenities Including farm shop, two well stocked village shops, chemist, pub and two takeaway options which are all a short walk away. There is a regular bus service from the village to the centre of Norwich. The beautiful Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads are all conveniently located

You will be provided with a continental breakfast including croissants, juices and home made jams, coffee, teas, sugar & milk A private hot tub is available for an additional charge, along with use of a BBQ, local produce for a full English, fizz on ice etc

The Hobbit is a small cosy hideaway, located within the grounds of a beautiful English country garden. The space gives the feeling of an old ships cabin, with original oak beams and panelling. The place might be small but still has all the comforts of home, including a standard double bed, underfloor heating and a deep roll top bath. As well as being furnished with antique fixtures and fittings. The Hobbit has a small but lovely garden room, where guests can just watch the world go by.

There is a double bedroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom on the mezzanine floor which is accessed using the spiral staircase.
