The upper level has an additional bedroom with full size bed, & a sitting loft overlooking the main level. Occasional airplane noise. Along Cook Inlet, joggers and cyclists use the Tony Knowles Coast, while large Earthquake Park has hills shaped by a major 1964 earthquake, plus wooded trails.

Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular.
