The upper level master bedroom features a king bed and the adjacent bedroom features 2 single beds. Both bedrooms also feature a private balcony — perfect for sunrise views over the ocean. While the third bedroom which is located on the lower-level, features a queen bed and looks out to the lush garden and nature. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning for privacy and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances. The bright, open living and dining areas lead naturally to a private patio, creating the perfect spot for relaxed alfresco dinners or evening drinks under the stars. The south coast of Barbados is the place to be for all kind of surf activities or just to relax. You will find surfers on the water when the waves are right and kite/wing- and windsurfers as soon as the wind is blowing.

Little Chancery occupies a quiet spot at a breezy location near the ocean. You'll escape the tourist crowd here, although it's just a short trip by car or bus to shops, restaurants and nightlife. A 10 minute walk takes you to a small local supermarket. It's only six minutes from the house to Long Beach. It really is long (one mile) and great for morning walks. The water’s warm, the waves impressive and the trade winds will keep you cool. Swim here only if you are confident in the surf.

The address is Freshwater Bay but to the locals it’s known as Paradise Beach and when you get here you’ll agree. It is the ideal island living experience.
