Outdoor enthusiasts will find the area a paradise for hiking and mountain biking, with trailheads readily accessible from your backyard and a private snowshoe and trail running through the yard. The apartment has heat and an electric fireplace to keep you warm in the winter, and A/C for warmer summer months. This Fairly vacation rental is operated and managed by a local Caretaker (that lives in the neighborhood!). Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive local host contact information who will manage your reservation, provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. If you need anything during your stay, your local host is available 24/7. *4x4 or all-wheel-drive vehicles are required in the Rocky Mountains, especially during the winter months.
