The residence is very quiet, sheltered from Tirana's busy streets. The New Bazaar (Pazari i Ri in Albanian) is just a few meters away.

The space is located on the ground floor of an apartment building, making use of its high ceiling by dividing the space in two main areas connected by a staircase.
