Welcome to your peaceful Getaway on the Waterway right on the beautiful canal that connects Big and Little Lake Weir! Kick your feet up and wave at the boats going by as you grill or fish from the dock. Play a round of corn hole, hop on one of our paddleboards or kayaks for beautiful ride to either lake! Bring your boat/ jet ski or rent one from Eaton's Beach Aquatic sports, (they also offer sunset cruises and water taxi service to Eaton's Beach restaurant right from our dock!) RELAX and ENJOY!

The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Our property is conveniently located near stunning springs: Rainbow River-12 miles,offering clear waters and abundant wildlife Crystal River-18 miles,known for its manatee encounters and underwater caves Homosassa Spring- 21 miles,escape with serene surroundings and manatee sightings Chassahowitzka- 29 miles, featuring pristine waters and lush surroundings Devils Den-35 mi., underground spring perfect for snorkeling and diving Weeki Wachee-44 mi. Unfortunately, the giant tub is not operational.

Your private retreat on an acre nestled on a canal to the Withlacoochee River, wrapping around 2 sides of the property. Relax on your porch overlooking the water as you watch the birds and deer play. Kids will love the tire swing, toys such as Lego, Lincoln logs, pool table and ski ball. Kayaks available to our guests awaiting adventure. Bond around the fire pit, walk the trails, lounge in the hammocks, and fish on the dock. Setup the big screen to watch a movie. Welcome to your get-a-way!

“Divers Inn” on The Rainbow River

Located in Rio Vista which has it’s own private gated 3 acre park on the Rainbow River! The park has bathrooms, pavilions, grills and a boat ramp - so BRING YOUR BOAT! Relax riverside at the private park where you can fish and swim. Park is five minute walk (2 blocks) from the home. Free for guest use are kayaks and paddle boards. They can be transported with the golf cart which has a hitch and kayak trailer. If your vehicle has a hitch you may to use it for other area destinations.

This unique place has a style all its own. Nestled upon an actual island within the Ozello Keys, Crystal River! Backwater canals to the Gulf of Mexico is the view from this loft style, stilt home. Recently renovated with all the conveniences guests love into the overall design. The property offers plenty of parking for all your toys (RV's require prior Host approval). Easily fits up to 8 vehicles. Dog friendly! FOUR Kayaks/Paddles included with your stay! Fully equipped home!

The Hernando Lake House

Relax our Lake House. The water touches the back yard and the lake is loaded with Bass and many other fish. Relax in the living room falling asleep for afternoon naps while gazing at the serenity of the water. The house is quiet and set up for some nice long weekends. The Gulf of Mexico is just 14 miles to Crystal River which has a nice local beach. Scalloping and Manatee watching and much more to do in Citrus county. Orlando and Disney are just a little over an hours drive.

Rainbow Cove-Waterfront on Private Cove

Welcome to Rainbow Cove Cabin, a private oasis nestled in a quiet cove away from much of the tubing traffic on the Rainbow River but only seconds to the open Rainbow River with the kayaks included in your rental. You can also bring your boat and tie to our private dock and enjoy the 5.7 miles of pristine crystal clear Rainbow River. Although not a direct view of Rainbow River, our beautiful private waterfront cove directly adjoins Rainbow River for a memorable vacation.

On Withlacoochee near Rainbow River w/Boat Slip

Nestled amongst the trees on the peaceful Withlacoochee River is Coral Cove, a 1-bedroom/1-loft bedroom/1-bathroom waterfront townhouse that is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. It is just a mile from Rainbow River and is ideally suited to guests who want to golf, fish, bike, or enjoy water sports, as well as those who want to nature watch. Only 20 miles to WEC (World Equestrian Center). Includes two parking spaces and a boat slip. Boat launch across the river.

Palm Waters Riverhouse

Peaceful, pet-free 4/3 family getaway or work retreat on the a quiet part of the Rainbow River. Nestled in nature but minutes from restaurants, grocery and antique stores. Relax on the dock, expansive deck, screened porches or around a camp fire. Abundant outdoor activities including tubing, paddling, fishing, snorkeling, biking, etc. Pls note, 10 people max. For parties of 7+, there is a fee to unlock the 4th bedroom. No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.
