Ballycannon Cottage is nestled in the Gaeltacht (Irish-speaking) area of Donegal, between the Derryveigh Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. Minutes from the Wild Atlantic Way, Ballycannon cottage is a great choice for exploring Donegal’s many wonders.

Hornhead Hot Tub Escape

If you are looking for a romantic getaway or somewhere you can relax and recharge, our property is ideal for you. We have breath taking views right from the doorstep, in a very scenic part of the countryside. We are just a short drive from Dunfanaghy with a number of beaches near by. Our private Hot Tub is included with unlimited use all year round to our guests. We have local recommendations in our guide book but we are available and happy to answer any queries you may have.

Our surf school Narosa is right next door so we're always here to help, and you can enjoy all the fun of Irish surfing with our team! Afterwards you can chill in our on site garden, and enjoy use of our BBQ & covered outdoor cooking area. With cosy pubs & restaurants on your doorstep, your evening activities are covered.

Mill Cottage

This quaint one-bedroom cottage is situated in a peaceful area in lovely landscaped grounds and is the ideal location to explore the beautiful unspoilt county of Donegal. The cottage has been lovingly restored, in the traditional style and is kept cosy with a wood burning stove and oil fired central heating. The snug mezzanine bedroom overlooks the kitchen/sitting room, a delightful place to rest your head after a day's exploring.

The cottage has been refurbished and is comfortable, light, homely and tastefully decorated. There are three car parking spaces at the cottage When you get here no need to drive the car into town as its only a 5 min walk into the village where there is a good selection of eateries and bars. The local area offers a stunning beach, golf course, various water activities and other places of beauty close bay.

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.

Doultes traditionally cottage

Small traditional Irish cottage 2 minute drive from creeslough town and 15 minute drive from dunfanaghy, cottage is beside a river If you wanted to fish , 5 minute drive from ards forest park where there is lovely walks and a beautiful beach. The cottage has 1 bedroom with double bed , living room/kitchen with stove fire, the sofa is a sofa bed also. cottage has central heating also

Whin Hill Cottage Guesthouse

Whin hill cottage’s guesthouse is located near Marble hill beach and Ards forest park, between the village of Creeslough and the sea side village of Dunfananaghy. 20 minute walk to the beach, 25 minutes walk to the Shanndon hotel. Perfect for a couples getaway. Towels and bed linen are supplied. Barbecue available.
