Scandi meets Scotia at this simple yet stylish cottage which.sits on both the Kintyre 66 route and the Kintyre Way walking route. There are 2 incredible beaches within walking distance of the cottage as well as amazing scenery. Island hopping adventures abound with 4 ferries within a short drive offering day trips to Gigha, Islay, Jura, Arran and Cowal.

The Lighthouse Cottage

Located in one of the most secluded parts of Scotland, Davaar Island provides a tranquil rural retreat. It’s a stones throw from the town centre with shops, bars and cafes selling local crafts and produce. Near to the apartment is the renowned art nouveau Picture House, one of the earliest surviving working cinemas in Scotland which opened in 1913. There are Fantastic Golf Courses, Whisky tours, Walks and Beaches to enjoy.

Our comfortable two bedroomed flat is in a fantastic location overlooking Campbeltown harbour. It is so handy for exploring the local area. Within a few minutes walking distance of the town centre and all its amenities and only a 10 minute drive to local golf courses and beaches. There is plenty of space for parking on the street outside the building. Access is flexible as there is a keybox situated at the front door.

Apartment is in an excellent location, just a few steps away from local restaurants, cafes, and pubs. Bus station 2 minutes walk. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, allowing you to admire beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Please note that the apartment is at the very top of the building and there is no elevator. However, the view from the windows makes up for any difficulties in climbing.
