The 3 bed 3.5 bath home is a mere 200 yards away from a public boat ramp & offers 61’ boat parking, an outdoor fish cleaning table, grill & picnic table. It’s a 15 min drive to the beach. Have a cup of coffee on the porch while watching fishing boats head out for their daily catch and enjoy views of Bodie Island Lighthouse. The 520 sq ft studio is luxurious and well-appointed with a laid-back feel. The apartment features a private ground-floor entrance, free parking, and a large covered porch. Just like the name implies, you can relax and recharge in my Green Room.

Explore the history, grab lunch and a coffee while you hit the quaint shops. If fishing and exploring is more your speed, there are several charters and tours that start at the Manteo marina area. Oh yeah, Nags Head beach, just 6 miles away!

The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!
