Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

Property is located 3 km West of the city center. Only a 12 minute bus ride to city center (refer to google maps for bus routes) It is close to many interesting attractions in Dublin. The Guinness Store House is a 13 minute walk away. Phoenix Park is a 10 minute walk away (free entry) Memorial Gardens only a 3 minute walk (free entry) Kilmainham Goal is a 5 minute walk down the road. The Irish Museum of Modern Art is also a 5 minute walk away (free entry) Inchicore Centre is also nearby.

Cosy self contained garden room with separate side entrance. Close to restaurants and shops. There is a friendly pub/50 metres away. We are only 5 k from the city centre and the bus stop is 200 meters at the end of the road. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, and enough crockery for 2 people. Comfortable double day bed. Private ensuite bathroom with electric shower. Note, there is only cold water in both sinks. This is suitable for two people only.
