This new, very private apartment attached to our home is in a quiet and picturesque environment minutes away from Dock Square. It's great for couples, solo adventurers and families with one child. If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. We are committed to environmental sustainability and the apartment is powered by solar energy. A new outdoor hot tub was recently installed in February, 2024! We look forward to your visit!

Bring your kayaks, paddle boards, surf boards, or boat. Water behind house at High Tide. Approx. 100 yard walk across Atlantic Ave to beach. Parking for 5 cars Max. Built in 1880, and after a complete renovation, we’d love to have you as our guests! We added many windows, to bring the outdoors in. Lots of light! The two added balconies make for a wonderful place to sit and talk or just stare into space. Lots of stars! Air conditioning!

Quiet cozy cottage close to restaurants, beach

Winter-wonderland, close to skiing and a walk from great dining. In the summer, enjoy the quiet backyard or walk to the beach! No need to find parking, my place is 3/10 of a mile from downtown Kennebunkport and 7/10 of a mile to Gooch's Beach. You will love my place because of the kitchen, the coziness, and the location. My place is good for couples. It has a tempurpedic king-sized bed and a queen sized pull out bed in the living room.
