Pensacola Lighthouse Retreat

The Pensacola Lighthouse Retreat is our second Airbnb in Pensacola. We enjoyed hosting so much that we bought a 1927 Tudor cottage in the East Hill area of Pensacola, renovated and decorated it with lighthouses from around the US featuring the Pensacola Lighthouse. The cottage is 1000 square feet with a modern floor plan in the living space with enough room for larger families or two families. Two bedrooms, one bath, and lots of outdoor space, including a shower will accommodate larger groups.

This home is a spacious getaway with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, a living room with fireplace, and more. It has a big backyard for relaxing in the morning and a nice front porch for relaxing in the evening. It's walking distance to the Pensacola Civic Center and downtown. You'll be near parks, music clubs, art galleries, restaurants, the beach, downtown shopping, a farmer's market, and more! It's great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families on vacation.

Located 5 min walk from historic downtown, Seville Square, and Palafox Street, the location is ideal for all dining, nightlife, and events. The home is positioned on the corner of Bayfront Dr allowing for great water views of Pensacola Bay. The best beaches on the Gulf are only a 10 min drive. The location is also great for wedding parties as the Barkley House and Christ Church are walkable.

Experience country charm in addition to convenient location- just 1.1 mile off interstate 10! Grocery stores and your favorite restaurants are also close by but you’ll get a good nights rest in this quiet neighborhood. It’s around 35 minutes drive to beaches depending on traffic. The barn was built in the eighties and housed chickens, rabbits and a cow but was repurposed as a dwelling in 2004. Completely modernized in 2022, you can enjoy a unique space with all the comforts of home!

Beautiful first floor apartment in the historic 1908 SR Moreno House. Guests have the front porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the shaded Live Oak canopy or relax in the New Orleans backyard courtyard equipped with a fire pit, Kamado Joe, outdoor shower, and covered entertainment area. The house conveniently sits within blocks of downtown restaurants and the America’s First Settlement Trail. Parking is provided in the driveway with plenty of street parking for additional vehicles.

You can unwind in the European style library, watch a movie on the 65” Smart TV, or enjoy a cold drink at the outdoor bar area. Coffee on the deck in the garden is the best.
