Eclectic three level water view cottage in unique wooded location overlooking beautiful Mill Creek. Minutes from downtown Annapolis and the US Naval Academy; walk to Cantler’s Riverside Inn for crabs, convenient to US 50 and the Bay Bridge and Eastern Shore. Due to the stairs and loft, this accommodation may not be appropriate for toddlers and the mobility challenged Parties are not permitted. Please note that there is no water access on the property, but there is nearby public water access.

This in-law apartment located in the lower level of my occupied home is just moments outside of Annapolis, mere blocks from the Magothy River. I enjoy inviting guests into the space, and take pride in treating new friends like family. Cute-as-a-bugs ear West Annapolis guest cottage just 1.5 miles from the Navy Stadium and less than 2 miles from Academy's Gate 8. Cottage features: high speed WiFi, EZ free parking, washer & dryer, kitchenette, air conditioning, self check-in and laptop friendly workspace. Park 10 feet from front door. Only 1 step to enter. No stairs to negotiate while carrying luggage! 15 min. walk to Weems Creek with scenic, serene waterviews and a few more minutes walk to popular Bean Rush Cafe.

Home away from home

This is a small house with private parking close to Baltimore and Annapolis. I have one queen size Murphy bed, one single pull out couch. It has an updated kitchen, updated bathroom, walk-in closet, Internet and heating and cooling. I also have a pellet stove. my kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, knives, forks, pots and pans. The bathroom has towels and rugs. I tried to add all the amenities to make it as comfortable as home. Look at pet rules under the other things to note section.

My home (owner occupied/shared) sports a spectacular view of the Chesapeake Bay with access to the beach. The home is spacious with a family, dining, breakfast and living room. Significant kitchen space is available with all of the cookware and place settings you would need for a meal. The master bath is handicapped accessible. My deck can be used for cookouts and relaxation. Hosting a gathering - lets talk- my home is perfect for celebrations. Close to Annapolis & Naval Academy.

This is a private over the garage apartment located in Cape St Claire, about 5 miles from downtown Annapolis, 2 miles to the Bay Bridge. Private entrance, on site parking, 1- 2 guests. We encourage our guests to enjoy the large back yard patio with magnificent views of the Magothy River and Chesapeake Bay ! Approximately 30 miles to Washington, and Baltimore. 30 minutes to BWI airport. TV and internet. A community beaches just a short walk away. ADULTS ONLY, NO SMOKING, NO PETS.

We’re tucked away on a forested residential street, roughly a 7 minute drive from restaurants, coffee shops and all that Annapolis has to offer. 15m from the coast, 30m from Baltimore and 35m from DC. Tl;dr: this is a private ground-level guest suite with 3 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 desk (optional standing desk), 1 kitchen with oven, dishwasher + Nespresso/pour over, 2 tvs, laundry room with washer/dryer, fast wifi, a pool, patio and a forest view. We live on the top floor.

The Crab House - a Private, Waterfront Guest House

Privacy abounds at this waterfront one bedroom guest house with breathtaking water views throughout. The Crab House is located in the boating community of Stoney Creek. It is 20 minutes from BWI airport, 30 minutes north of Annapolis, 20 minutes from Baltimore's Inner Harbor and an hour from DC. Weems Creek Cottage, Annapolis Waterfront

(August, 2025) Jim is the best host we’ve ever had. Super responsive, reached out to let us know the place was ready and we could check in early. The house is perfect size for 2 adults and a kid. Beautiful view and really comfortable. We loved the screened in porch. We walked to breakfast at the smoothie place and had a great walk down to the naval academy. We would definitely stay here again.
