Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

The cabin homestead was crafted in 1847, before Canada was a country. With your significant other, family or friends, come cozy up to the fire, soak in the hot tub and enjoy swimming in the spring fed pond. Board games and movies are provided for your entertainment.

Our place is on the Trent Severn Waterways and near down town shopping. Great for biking,kyaking, pubs and restaurants. Our suite is equipped with one bedroom with fireplace ,TV and ensuite with jacuzzi. There is a kitchen and dining area, living room with TV and fireplace. Free Wifi. There is also laundry facilities, Hot tub ,sauna and outside patio with propane fire pit and barbecue, all for your private use. We are setup for a couple and our amenities are for our guests only .

Stay beside the North River in our charming guesthouse cabin. Private riverfront to launch canoes or kayaks Public Boat launch across the road. Short drive to several lakes, the Trent Severn, multiple parks, extensive off roading & snowmobiling trails. Single loft with two twin beds that can easily be put together to make a king and a comfy queen size sofa bed on the main floor. Wood stove is the primary heat. Your group will have the complete front side of the house (everything shown in the pictures), patio, private spa, fire pit etc. The back side of the house is a separate rental unit. The units are separated by a firewall down the middle of the house to ensure maximum comfort and privacy. Located just 2 minutes from Whispering Springs Glamping Resort and 10 minutes from Ste. Anne’s Spa.

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.

Decorated with a beachy boho meets mid-century vibe, it's cozy and airy at the same time! The private deck offers the perfect place to listen to the birds and read a good book. The Nook is on our 1 acre, lakefront property, alongside our home. We hope you love it here as much as we do!
