The Farmhouse at Wiley Farms

Check out this unique and tranquil getaway. Wiley Farms is a working horse and cattle farm. During your stay, you can live the farm life and not have to do any of the work! The 109-acre farm is in full view from your back door. Many days you may catch some cowboys practicing rodeo events at the arena. A walking trail will be available soon. There is a very good chance you see deer, rabbits, racoons, ducks flying in to roost, along with the horses and cattle. All this, and only 3 miles from town!

Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard! Our cottage is tucked away in the woods and off the beaten path. You will drive through a field road to get to the cottage; there is one way in and one way out. Enjoy the country while sitting on the front porch. You may see deer, opossum, rabbits, squirrels, etc, and get to hear birds singing.

The house is located on a large lot surrounded on three sides by fence and trees to offer a wonderful private setting. Ample parking available for cars, trucks, boats and hard to fit vehicles. Welcome to our little yellow house! This home is over 100 years old. It’s a quirky little thing with uneven floors and walls. Most of the house has its original walls and ceilings! It’s been added on to several times. We’ve given it lots of tender loving care to get it back to its beauty! You will love staying in this peaceful setting in our vineyards! While you’re here, be sure to visit our tasting room and store. We even have fresh fruit in season!
