A short drive to the Beautiful Vinyard Loop & Crater Lake just 90 minutes away, down hwy 138...the hwy of waterfalls!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. With over 800 square feet, this newly designed studio apt located in a quiet neighborhood has everything you need to make your stay in centrally located Roseburg a success--washer/dryer, kitchen, large screen tv, etc. Once parked, traverse through the gate, up the stairs to your private entrance off the upper deck. Perfectly located for day trips to the coast, Oregon's waterfalls, Crater Lake National Park, and more! (Note: we do have dogs)

This is a very spacious 2-story 1,000 sq-ft apartment with a bedroom, lounge/bedroom, a living room, a dining room, a full size bathroom, a kitchen, and a wardrobe closet. There are 3 TV screens in this apartment, one in each room. There are security cameras located outside the building and in the common entrance hallway only, but not inside the front door of the apartment. There are 2 free parking spaces next to the apartment. Our fitness gym is accessible from Main St for our guests only.

This stylish place to stay is in the middle of everything. You are a short walk away from the disc golf course, Reedsport golf course and the hospital. A short drive (2-miles) from Winchester Bay where crabbing, fishing, the beach, and dunes are located. Minutes from downtown restaurants, shopping and boat launches. If you're a fisherman or ATV'r there is room to park your trailer in the spacious driveway. You will be able to keep a watchful eye on your trailer just outside your door.

Apartment is situated close to downtown Coos Bay, within easy access to recreation areas in the surrounding county, 1 mile to Bay Area Hospital. The Warmhouse apartment is recently renovated, quiet and cozy, located on the first floor of the 2-story house. It is totally private.
