Our architecturally designed little home by award winning architect, Anna-Marie Chin is nestled against beautiful exposed schist rock in a stunning landscape. There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

It’s a new Jacks Point home with great views of the mountains and golf course and very close to the Remarkable’s ski field! The house is located a skip and a hop from the clubhouse to go grab coffee or a meal. The rooms have built in wardrobes & share a large bathroom with a powder room downstairs also. Warm with electric fireplace, heat pump and under floor heating to keep cozy.

Easy access to golf, walking, skiing, Queenstown & Frankton. Please review our location on the map before you book. There is a regular bus but it works best to have a car.

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.
