After 20 years of building our own memories, we have decided to share our spacious 2200 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, pet friendly mountain home with you. Sleeps 14 utilizing the futon & aerobed. Relax with all the luxuries of home along with the beautiful view from the deck. However, we do encourage you to venture out as there is so much to do! Hike in Big Trees State Park, fish at Lake Alpine, picnic along the Stanislaus River, ski at Bear Valley or perhaps drive to Murphys to wine taste and shop.

Brand new 10 person fire pit. Huge concrete backyard with swing and slide set, shuffleboard, and multiple sports. Up to 14 people can sleep.

Charming Large Family Home

Fully outfitted 4-bedroom home in Arnold, CA (elevation 4000 feet). Vintage family home, full of antiques and collectibles, not a modern house. If you like visiting grandma's, this will be cozy and comfortable. Great for families with kids or 2-3 couples. No Central AC, but one portable room AC upstairs. Behaved dogs OK, but no smoking please. Three bedrooms with Queen beds, plus dorm with six twin beds. WI-FI , TV with DVD player and lots of DVDs. Restaurants and grocery 5 minutes away.

On the second floor, there is a spacious loft with one queen bed, a twin/twin bunk bed, and a sofa/bed. Board games. A two car garage, up to 4 car parking space in the driveway. Located in Pine brooks subdivision in the city of Arnold CA at just minutes away from amazing Bear Valley Ski Resort

Arnold cozy cabin

Only one block off of Hwy 4, walking distance to stores and eateries. One bedroom with one double size bed and a large loft, (up the spiral staircase) with one double size bed. Sheets and Towels are provided. Nice deck for outside dining. Dog friendly! (The yard is not fenced). Note: A small air conditioner is in the living room. It is a cabin in the mountains so it will not be as toasty as home. NOTE: Verizon works, AT&T has little or no reception in this area.

The Arnold Treehouse Cabin is a one-of-a-kind home, located a short drive from the Big Trees and Wine country. Recently remodeled this is a home with such an elevated look and feel. Designed with beautiful materials and furnished with modern and rustic pieces the Cabin sleeps 10-12. The interior is a open-plan. An expansive two story deck shows off beautiful views. All upscale cookware, mattresses and Lenin’s. Our home is equipped with central heat and AC.
