Magnificent ocean view

Three level villa located in the Dorado del Mar residential area. It is near the ocean with direct access to the beach. It is a very quiet gated community. It has two pools, one of the pool for children. There is a gym and a children playground for the guests. The villa is a three level walkup apartment. There are three rooms, all with a private bathroom. There is an additional bathroom in the living room/dining room area. There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and living/dining area.

Beachfront property a few yards from the ocean located on Villa Playa 1. Enjoy the ocean breeze, great views, and sound of the waves right from your bedroom or the front/back terraces. The complex has a pool and direct access to two different beaches (see pictures). There is also a beautiful reef beach right in front of the villa that is great for snorkeling (only on calm days and with water shoes) and offshore surfing. Condo is within walking distance of restaurants and beachfront bars.

Blue Paradise Villa

Thank you for considering our villa for your vacation! Located inside Dorado del Mar in Villas de Playa 2. We are originally from Puerto Rico and live in Atlanta. This is also our vacation home. We just remodeled and designed everything with relaxation in mind. Our goal is for our guest to have pleasant vacation just like we would like to on our vacations. The Villa consists of 3 bed/3 bath, terrace and balcony on the 3rd floor. Community Pool is 1 minute walk and beach 3-5 minute walk.

We constantly purchase quality new equipment such as sleeper sofas with comfy mattress and desk for remote working. Two bedrooms, five beds, for 9 guests plus 2 full bathrooms, Jacuzzi and hotel amenities like a pool and private beach. Unit is always in high demand.

Un bonito apartamento en área céntrica. Queda cerca de la playa de Dorado a 3 min y la playa de Vega Alta a 10 minutos. Alrededor hay hoteles, restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias, bancos, hospitales y oficinas médicas. También hay un cine a 5 minutos y otras actividades recreativas nocturnas. Cuenta con seguridad y control de acceso las 24 hrs. Queda en una área completamente poblada a 10min del expreso hacia San Juan.
